WSC RYA Training Courses

Weymouth Sailing Club is a RYA Recognised Training Centre (RTC) for club members only, for all RYA Shore-based Navigation Courses, RYA First Aid Courses and RYA Practical Dinghy Courses, from Youth to Adult Level 1-4, Seamanship, Spinnaker, Performance and Race Coaching. RYA Dinghy Courses are run as required from April to September, normally 2 days over a weekend. The courses are taught in the clubs own Wayfarer, Feva or Pico dinghies.

These are run on an as required basis. The VHF course are a one day course normally run at weekends; the Power Boat courses are 2 days and can be run at any time.
